Shipping Information

Shipments are sent from South Korea.  we provide all packages with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.



Pricing and Currency

The price and currency of an item will vary depending on the country it is being shipped to.

In order to ensure the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site.

Select your country at the top of any Velvet Bunny webpage and the prices and currency will adjust accordingly.




Payment Method

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. All other credit cards, including American Express can be used at checkout via Paypal. Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message ‘transaction cannot be processed’ please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.

If the error message states ‘transaction cannot be processed, contact customer care’ please contact us , and we will be able to further assist you.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@nonfiction-beauty.com To hasten the process, please provide us with your name, order number, product you wish to return, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


The followings are not eligible for returns/exchange


- Any items reported after 14 days from the date of receiving.
- Any items of which the sealing sticker has been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival.
- Any items with obvious signs of use or that has been opened.
- Any items not in its original condition, such as damaged or have missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any items returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our CS team will not be accepted.

Regarding return requests due to customer's change of mind, the return shipping fee is borne by customer, and the initial shipping fee deductions will be applied according to Nonfiction's return policy.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Shipping
Please kindly pay for return fee in advance as COD cannot be used for international shipping. The amount of the product will be refunded to the customers once parcels are arrived at our inventory and checked by the relative team.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
