Please see below for details on how existing member information will be transferred.

1. Please read before you sign up

① Passwords will not be transferred.
For security reasons, passwords cannot be moved. Please sign up again with the same email address at the new store (www.velvetbunny.shop).

② Your reward points will carry over.
When you sign up with the same email address, your reward point balance will be applied automatically.

③ There is no deadline to sign up.
Even if you sign up after October 14, your reward points will be applied in full.

2. Member information to be transferred

• · Transferred: Email address, reward point balance
• · Not transferred: Password, order history
• · Transfer date: October 14, 2026
• · Reason: The current online store is closing, and its services and reward points are moving to the new store

You can continue to view your past orders on this site for the time being.

3. Overseas transfer of personal information

The new online store runs on services provided by companies outside Korea, so your personal information will be transferred, processed and stored overseas. We are notifying you of the following under Article 28-8(1)(iii) of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.

• · Information transferred: Email address, reward point history (and, when you place orders, your name, phone number, shipping address, and order and payment details)
• · Purpose: Operating the online store platform; managing members and orders
• · Retention period: Until you delete your account or the service agreement ends

② Supabase, Inc.

• · Country: United States (data is stored on servers in Korea)
• · Information transferred: Email address, name, profile image URL
• · Purpose: Storing and managing member login information
• · Retention period: Until you delete your account or the service agreement ends

③ Vercel, Inc.

• · Country: United States
• · Information transferred: IP address, access logs
• · Purpose: Website hosting
• · Retention period: Until the service agreement ends

④ Amazon Web Services

• · Country: United States (data is stored on servers in Korea)
• · Information transferred: Email address
• · Purpose: Sending verification and notification emails
• · Retention period: Until the service agreement ends

When and how: Information is sent over the internet at the time of the member data transfer, and afterwards whenever you sign up, place an order or use the service.

4. If you do not want your information transferred

You may refuse the overseas transfer of your personal information.

• · If you refuse: Your member information will not be moved to the new store, and your reward points will not carry over. To use the new store, you will need to sign up yourself.

If we do not hear from you by the deadline, the transfer will proceed as described above.
